Megan played on a team with a bunch of girls from school (same team for the last 4 years), but this year one of her besties played on a different team and they got to compete against each other twice (I think we won both times).
Megan really came into her own this year for softball. In previous years she would hit the last few games of the season. This time she hit every game and hit more than she didn't hit. It was awesome! She has always been a great fielder but her skills really increased this year as well. I loved playing softball at Megan's age and it is so fun to watch her!
It was so fun going to her games on cool summer evenings. Megan often made cookies earlier in the day and brought them to share with the team after the game.
