Wednesday - Disneyland Characters

Today was our princess day.  The boys decided they were completely done with characters and opted for more rides.  The girls however were willing to wait as long as it took to see their favorite characters.  We ate lunch while waiting for and hour and a half to see the princesses.  They didn't care at all.  They happily waited.

Megan's favorite princess is Rapunzel and was her number one request that she wanted to see.  It was a total bonus that we got Flynn as well.  They  were both adorable - Flynn even had the crown in his satchel that he reluctantly showed Megan.

We were SO THRILLED that Alana of Avalor was in the Royal Castle.  She is a new show on Disney Jr. that had just come out about 3 months before.  She is Madison's FAVORITE right now and even got her guitar for Christmas.

Then we saw Ariel.  Megan told her that she is her second favorite princess - I think Ariel took that as an insult - but Megan meant it as a compliment.  They were sad she wasn't a mermaid - but a human - which they understood - of course she had to be a human to be on land in Disney Land - Duh.

The last princess was Snow White.  She was very cute with the girls and they had all sorts of questions for her.  Megan even gave her several suggestions for naming her horse - eventually they agreed to name him Phillip.

After we saw the princess we watched a performance of Rapunzel.  It was absolutely delightful.
